Our current Sgt-at-Arms is on a leave of absence and it was decided by the membership at our meeting of September 21, 2011 that we would have a different member act as Sgt-at-Arms each week.

Listed below is a schedule showing the week each member is scheduled to be the Sgt-at-Arms. If you are unable to be at the meeting for your scheduled week it is your responsibility to arrange for a replacement, and to advise Bill Webster by email so he can update the schedule.

The Sgt-at-Arms has many responsibilities, but at this time we will only concern ourselves with the FINE and HAPPY BUCKS portion.

The Sgt-at-Arms should look to fine members for "not sending regrets", "not wearing name badges", "being late without excuse", President's goofs (fine to be paid by a designated member) and other discretions.

We should carry on the practice of "questions", however they should be predominantly related to our club and/or Rotary International.

The Sgt-at-Arms should always call for Happy Bucks each week.
